The store seemed pretty clean. The seat I chose was a little sticky, but I think that was more material than uncleanliness. The cashier was friendly enough, I think just kind of a quiet girl and not necessarily being rude. The food came out fast, my onion rings were hot and delicious, the spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good. All in all a good experience and I will definitely be back.

Every table was dirty either underneath, on chair or on the table. My chicken was overcooked and not what I usually get. They forgot to give us drink cups for 4 meals. My wife and daughter slipped on the floor grease but thankfully didn’t fall. Not up to my expectations.

Love whataburger. But they messed up the order twice. Then got home only to realized it was still not right. Not complicated things either, first they forgot a drink we had to wait for in the kids meal. Then they brought a large drink for a small child. Which I wasn’t going to worry about only to realize we were missing fries. So we went back in again. Then left and driving away and noticed they added cheese to the children’s hamburger after we asked for it dry and plain. He can’t have cheese. Ended up not worth trying again. Just super bummed. I’m sure just an off day but be sure to check all your items before you leave. Make sure you get everything you paid for.

Nostalgia purposes… Tried a few times to eat here but it was always super busy. Seems to have died down a little. Overall, food quality is on par with McDonalds. Fries were not good. Texas toast was soggy. Hamburger was decent. Likely won’t be going back. Five guys or Culver’s is way better!
